This page documents our standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common tasks.
Client Onboarding
Section titled “Client Onboarding”Client onboarding uses Google Workspace and Stripe. Client files and project assets are stored in the Clients shared drive.
New Client Checklist
Section titled “New Client Checklist”-
Create client in Attio
- Add company and contact details
- This automatically creates a Stripe customer via our integrations

- Copy contract templates from
Business > Client Contracts > Templates - Fill in client-specific details
- Send for eSignature via Google Docs
- Save signed contracts to

Project Management

Project Closeout

- Send final invoice through Stripe
- Request testimonial/case study (if appropriate)
- Archive project folder in Clients drive
- Update Attio status to “Completed”
Email Management

Meeting Reminders

- Have agenda ready
During the Meeting

- Note any action items as they come up
- Confirm next steps before ending
After the Meeting

- Send follow-up email with action items
- Update tasks in the project tracker
- Log key details in Attio if relevant
- Save meeting notes to client folder
