A complete list of all tools and services we use to run Meridian7. Each tool includes a brief description so new team members can quickly understand why we use it.
Legal & Formation

Stable provides a professional business address in Delaware and handles mail forwarding. This gives us a permanent address for legal documents without needing a physical office.
Stripe Atlas handled our Delaware LLC formation and provides ongoing registered agent services. It streamlines compliance and integrates with Stripe for payments.

Figma is our primary design tool for brand assets, UI mockups, and collaborative design work. Our Brand Design Kit lives in Figma.
Adobe Creative Cloud provides professional design tools. We use InDesign for case studies and print materials, Photoshop for image editing, and Illustrator for vector work.
Communication

Google Workspace is our core productivity suite. Email (@meridian7.io), cloud storage, documents, and calendar all live here. It’s the backbone of internal operations.
Google Chat is our internal messaging tool for quick communication. It’s integrated with Workspace, so we can easily share Drive files and coordinate in real-time.
Google Voice provides our business phone number. Calls and texts forward to mobile devices, keeping personal and business communication separate.

Framer hosts our main website (meridian7.io). It’s a no-code website builder with built-in CMS and hosting. Great for quickly iterating on design without developer overhead.
Vercel hosts our internal wiki and handles serverless functions like form submissions. It auto-deploys from GitHub on every push.
Cloudflare manages our domain DNS, provides CDN caching, and handles security (SSL, DDoS protection, access control for the wiki).
GitHub stores all code repositories including this wiki. We use the Meridian7-io organization for version control and collaboration.
Images & Media

Unsplash+ provides high-quality stock photos for the website and marketing materials. The subscription removes licensing concerns and gives access to premium content.
Client Management

Attio is our CRM for tracking leads, deals, and customer relationships. When a company is created in Attio, it automatically syncs to Stripe as a customer via our integrations.
Stripe handles all invoicing and payment processing. Invoices are created and sent through Stripe. Invoice numbers are auto-generated.
Meetings

Granola runs during client calls and automatically generates meeting notes with action items. It captures the conversation context so we can focus on the discussion rather than note-taking.
Finance & Accounting

Rho is our business bank. It provides checking/savings accounts, corporate cards (physical and virtual), and expense tracking. All business spending flows through Rho cards.
Xero handles bookkeeping and accounting. It syncs with Rho, Stripe, and other financial accounts to categorize transactions and prepare for taxes.

Adding New Tools

- Check if an existing tool already handles the use case
- Consider cost, integration, and maintenance overhead
- Document the tool on this page with a description
- Store credentials in 1Password
Removing Tools

- Remove from this page
- Update 1Password
Integrations & Automations
